So true, my friend! It seems the most obvious lessons are that take their time to grow on us.

  2. Sometimes its the simple “Ah Ha”s that are overlooked. Thanks for the reminder. A friend once said to me that people put their negative energy out there onto others (like snarky comments or jabs on blogs) because they are trying to discharge or get rid of the negativity they are carrying around. The best thing to do is let it bounce off of you- rather than rycycle it. And when we are aware of ourselves doing this we can use a creative outlet to express it and process it.

Wow! I really needed that today, Susannah..sooo true! A toxic co-worker of mine is finally leaving and alll you just said she has been doing to me for 5 years!!! Chapter closed :)

  6. Oh yes that is so very true. Sometimes though I forget….thanks for the reminder.

  7. Amy pointed me here because I’ve been dealing with some unpleasant ‘stuff’ at the moment and the first place I look is inside – how, where and what is it in me that’s created this. I’m very good at hunting out the dark … if it’s nowhere to be found, it can still take me a while to realise, this isn’t mine, it’s theirs.
