Hello, sweetlove, I hope you are having a beautiful day. ♥
One thing I know as truth is this: Self-care isn’t selfish – it’s the height of generosity.
I know that when you take care of yourself, you feel more grounded, more balanced, more centered. Happier, at ease, ready to savor each moment, even the messy ones. You feel at peace.
I know that when I feel at peace, I speak peace, write peace, give peace… and breathe peace, into the world.
Because peace isn’t a destination — but a daily practice.
But so many of us don’t know where or how to begin.
So I created Breathe Peace.
This course offers practical, grounded ways to introduce self-care into your everyday, and rich tools and resources designed to bring space, ease & calm into your life. It’s heavy on the how-to, easy on the woo woo.
You’ll be filling your toolbox up with a multitude of ways to establish a strong foundation with self-care practices, simple action items that focus on you moving into a place of reverent self-care, an anti-worst-case scenario plan to help keep burnout at bay, and worksheets, audios, printables, guided meditations.
I’m really excited to share this with you, thank you so much for being here.
When does the next session run?
Registration for the October session of Breathe Peace is closed. Don’t want to wait until next year to begin building your practice? The e-book is available now.
How much is the e-course? What is it like?
The e-course is $40 and offers much more in the ways of support and connection. There are daily emails and a private Facebook community where you can gather together – and a 65-plus page ebook of the course at its completion.
How much is the e-book? Tell me about it, please?
The e-book is $24 and covers everything that’s in the course. It’s a self-paced DIY guide for anyone ready to go deeper into self-care. You receive all of the affirmations and worksheets and soulwork – every item that is covered in the course is in the e-book.
What sorts of things do you talk about?
Breathe Peace covers a dozen of my favorite self-care practices. There are specific action items in the form of tailored soulwork and it gives you solid, tangible items to use to create your self-care practice: worksheets, printables, meditations, journal prompts. It’s designed to support you in bringing self-care home.
We go over a lot of ground – I wanted to capture and share as many practices as possible without it feeling overwhelming. Some topics that we’ll be sinking into include meditation and stillness, unplugging, the art of unsubscribing, building an altar and creating a gratitude practice.
Do you accept payment in currency other than American dollars?
All payments are made through Paypal, where you can use your Paypal balance, credit card or debit card. A nifty thing about Paypal? It will convert the currency over for you, easy-peasy.
Love & sweet words
When I found Breathe Peace I had been dealing with some dark and mischievous demons. After a sudden and emotionally draining break-up, I lost sight of myself and my life felt like it was in shambles.
I desperately needed a guide to lead me back to my self-care practices and to encourage me to create new rituals, symbolic of the new route my life was taking. Breathe Peace fell into my lap at just the right moment.
I know some folks are resistant to affirmations, but for me their practicality and efficiency make self-care feel too easy, almost like I’m somehow cheating! I find that affirmations usually have a nice ring to them which make them easy for me to memorize. I place stickers in places that I often see throughout the day (i.e. the mirror in the bathroom, my coffee mug, my cell phone, etc.) and each time I notice a sticker I am reminded to repeat my affirmation, whether aloud or in my head.
I’ve also printed out the affirmation cards provided in the e-book and asked my roommate to hide them around our apartment so that when I find them I am reminded to pause, breathe, and be at peace for a moment.
I will return to the Breathe Peace e-book again and again to be reminded of these invaluable self-care rituals. Thank you for creating and holding the space for me to heal.

Breathe Peace was like a sweet balm that I applied every week to my torn spirit.
Reading Jenn’s emails provided me with a breath of fresh air, helped ground me while lifting me up at the same time. The entire course was a true comfort.
I have a pretty strong self-care practice; I signed up for Breathe Peace as a way to reignite my practice and my connection, which I’m so glad to say it did. The entire course was a true comfort.
I loved Jenn’s thoughts on journaling.
I write all the time, but when it came to the dreaded journaling, it was in letting go and not feeling the need and obligation to write that enabled me to find consistency in journaling.
I still skip days, but I now don’t feel guilt over it! Yay!! It was affirming to read her words and know that it is okay to journal on my own terms!
I love this group!
Breathe Peace is your permission slip to stop, savor and step into your own skin.
It’s thoughtful and poignant with downloads of wisdom, beautiful affirmations, gentle nudges and a meditation that will fill your soul with the truth of your being.
So powerful. So. Damn. Powerful.
Jenn offers concrete self-care practices that allow you to take care of yourself in the way you so richly deserve.
As women, we tend to put ourselves last on the list of who and what must be taken care of.
That hurts not only us, but our children, partners, friends and co-workers. If your tank isn’t full from taking care of yourself, what do you have to offer anyone else?
By the end of this course, you will have a accumulated an arsenal of self-care tools that you can and WILL use regularly. Jenn’s course makes you feel worthy of taking extra special care of yourself.

Breathe Peace was a place where I found solace, fresh air and sunshine. I looked forward to the daily affirmations and felt grounded and rejuvenated.
I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking solace.
I signed up for Breathe Peace because Jenn’s words fall on my brokenness like the gold used by the Japanese to mend broken things, thus making them beautiful.
The course offered concrete suggestions to help me begin to learn to be present and mindful.
There is much stress in my life just now, and having her words to turn back to, over and over, will surely help. I stop and actually breathe mindfully, off and on during my day. It helps me to focus, and not react out of fear. This course is a blessing.
Self-care often feels just out of reach for me. I know I need more of it, but can’t quite get there.
Jenn’s gentle Breathe Peace pulls self-care from a far-off ideal to present reality, with solid and practical steps to take right now.
Even in the midst of whirlwind busyness, this toolbox reminds me that peace really can be a breath away. With Jenn’s guidance, you can start taking better care of yourself, too–today.
