Peace isn’t a destination – but a daily practice

Hello, sweet soul.

Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Peace is not merely a distant goal that we seek, but a means by which we arrive at that goal.”

In other words, peace isn’t a destination — but a daily practice. A way of framing reality. A personal commitment to ease, grace and compassion.

Beautiful ideas, sure … but how do we actually invite peace into our lives, in practical ways? What are the rituals? What are the practices? How do we make it … REAL?

I don’t have all the answers, but I have a lifetime of lived experience.

I know that peace and self-care are intrinsically united. I know that when I feel at peace, I speak peace, write peace, give peace … and breathe peace, into the world.

And this fall, I’m inviting you to become a beacon of peace, with me — by joining my brand-new e-course, BREATHE PEACE, and raising your voice in a community of reverent, radical women.

Early love & sweet words for Breathe peace

Breathe peace is your permission slip to stop, savor and step into your own skin.

It’s thoughtful and poignant with downloads of wisdom, beautiful affirmations, gentle nudges and a meditation that will fill your soul with the truth of your being.

So powerful. So. Damn. Powerful.

Like many of us, I watched Oprah hundreds of times over the years.

My takeaway was that I needed to look after ME first. How can I give to others if I’m not full myself?

However, knowing it, and doing it, are two separate things. Sometimes we know that we need to do something, but don’t know how or where to start.

This is where the beauty of Breathe peace begins. Jenn provides a loving and gentle guide for us to make space within the crazy, reconnect with what we truly love, and find our way back to ourselves.

Beautiful in its ease and simplicity, Breathe peace helps us find our own self-care practice, perfectly suited to the person who needs it most – our self.

If you find it hard to take time for yourself, start here.

Breathe Peace is a first aid kit for your soul.

If you are feeling over-worked, stressed, burnt-out, worried, at your wit’s end, Jenn covers all the bases to get you back to your peaceful center.

Self-care often feels just out of reach for me. I know I need more of it, but can’t quite get there.

Even in the midst of whirlwind busyness, this toolbox reminds me that peace really can be a breath away. With Jenn’s guidance, you can start taking better care of yourself, too–today.
