When I think of autumn, I think of cardigans and pencil boxes, fresh notebooks and crunchy leaves. It gets me in the mood for introspection, slowing things down and pumpkin spice lattes. The rushed energy and busyness of summer has wound down, now it’s all about reconnecting – with ourselves, our partners, our children.

I wanted to share with you some e-courses and programs that are taking place this autumn. I completely and utterly recommend these people, what they’re bringing into the world and what they can bring into your life.

This autumn sink into…

Breathe peace: filling your self-care toolbox: Registration is open for Breathe peace! 28 days, 12 sections, one beautiful self-care practice. A few months ago I sent out a question, your responses led me to create this course, something that is geared towards the more practical side of a self-care practice and lighter on the woo-woo, New Age-y parts of it. We’re covering a dozen core self-care topics including journaling, moving your body, unplugging, honoring your needs and feelings, how to build an altar, affirmations, mantras and intentions, inbox zen, building a gratitude practice. In 28 days, you’ll have the tools you need to create your own beautiful self-care practice.

Organic Parenting: The Unconventional Guide to Vibrant Mamas and Thriving Kids*: Tara Wagner’s new six-week e-course is based on principles such as Trust, Connection, Autonomy and Passion, leans into the belief that our children are inherently wonderful (as if we didn’t know that), and shows us how we can guide and support them beyond the use of control, punishments, or rewards. Organic Parenting also covers how you can fill your own cup, feel vibrant and confident, and remain grounded and centered – it’s holistic and whole-istic. I’m one of the guest contributors for this course, too!

Maybe Baby: Maybe Baby is a six-week coaching program for women who are ambivalent about having children, but hear the whisper of ‘maybe’ in their hearts. I’ve been a part of Randi Buckley’s program and it helped me to uncover the Truth in my heart, messy and intimate. She’s created a safe, open, non-judgemental place where you can explore something that can be such a volatile subject – do you want to have children? Do you want to not have children? The program includes videos, bi-weekly group coaching calls, interviews from the likes of Lissa Rankin, Danielle LaPorte, Dara McKinley and Cath Duncan, exercises and reflections and offers the option for one-on-one coaching with Randi. Registration opens Oct. 6.

Reconnect: get unstuck & find your magic: I’m swooning over Mati Rose and Willo O’Brien’s new e-course – it looks incredible. Five weeks of videos, live group calls, audios, writing prompts, yoga videos and guidance from Rachel W. Cole, Jen Louden, Marianne Elliott, and Laurie Wagner, to name a few. You’ll be reconnecting with your intention, body, creativity, space and passion. Yum. Registration is open now and the course begins Sept. 17.

The Fire of Love Experience: Satya Colombo was right when he named this an experience – it’s not a course or a program, but a well-rounded, heart-and-soul centered experience. This is something brand new and he’s opened it up to 44 applicants: think community, councils, gatherings and soul-fire. Twelve weeks in length, you’ll have access to the community site, weekly missions to help ignite your inspiration and creative flow, group video calls, and live, in-depth calls with Dyana Valentine, Fabeku Fatunmise, Danielle LaPorte and Julie Daley, for starters.

The Making Space Cleanse: That I adore, respect and love Hannah Marcotti is not a secret – it is sooo not a secret. I’ve sang her praises for the Joy UP, the Green UP and now I’m going to sing ‘em for the Making Space Cleanse. Hannah is magic, she brings a sense of the sacred to her work and gives you space to open up and explore the tender spots. I’ve done the Making Space Cleanse twice and each time it was a meditation on slowing down, being present, creating space in my life, home and relationships. It’s 10 days of letters, soulwork, videos and simple recipes. It’s 10 days of connecting deeper with yourself and those around you.
